Our family has been working on the legend of Château Peybonhomme since 1895. Each generation has left its mark. Château La Grolet joined the family bosom in 1997. In 2011, a new adventure started with Chateau Bellevue-Gazin.
We invite you to discover our vintages while sharing our commitment to respecting a delicate environment.
We have been practicing a certified biological and biodynamic agriculture and have acquired the Demeter label on all of our vineyards since 2000. We have also refused, in addition, to use any technological device in our cellars, in order to break away from this trend of standardizing wines and to keep each real wine connected to its soil and vintage.
We also don't use synthetic herbicides, fungicides and insecticides, artificial fertilizers and artificial aromatic yeasts, enzymes, sterilizing filtrations, or even concentration by reverse osmosis ... to quote just a few examples of the arsenal that is authorized and generally used in modern agriculture and winemaking.
This allows the wines that we offer to perfectly reflect the taste of the place from which they come, to thus be reconnected with the true meaning of AOC
Our family and all those who work on our fields thank you for your "virtual" visit, and we hope that it will encourage you to come and meet us.
